My global end client is looking for a Technical Support Consultant to support and further maintain their Greenfield AX implementation occuring globally.

This is a permanent opportunity offering a generous salary and a career proggression within a very succesful global organization. The role is based in the North West however remote work and flexibility may also be an option.

Responsibilites and Requirements

  • Maintenance of the infrastructure of Dynamics AX
  • The ability to provide technical support for all technical aspects required
  • Coordination amongst multiple partys and end users
  • Maintenance and support in terms of the business needs
  • Experience running and assisting users with X++,SSRS, AX Excel Addin.
  • Experience working with Dynamics AX in a support function or development role
  • Experience supporting end users and utlising a ticketing system for issue management
  • Good problem solving ability,
