Job Title: AV Support Analyst
Duration: 6 Months +
Pay rate: £21.76 per hour (Inside IR35)
About the role :
The role is comprised of two support elements. From an Audio Visual perspective, you will be expected to provide a concierge service, meet, and greet meetings as required in person or via audio/videoconference. Set up PC presentations for small and large-scale events.
In addition you will provide specialist technical support as part of a second line Support Team. Supporting a range of desktop PCs, laptops, tablets, smartphones and associated peripherals in the Trust's IT services.
You will have demonstrable expereicne in troubleshooting complex IT incidents quickly and efficiently, as well as installing any supported Trust hardware or software and do necessary testing.
