My Central London based, market leading, Financial Services client are currently hiring for an accomplished Service Desk Team Leader on a permanent full time basis.
Working as part of a growing Service Management team you will be responsible for maintaining standards and implementing solutions.
- Call logging and incident resolution
- Understanding in Active Directory, Microsoft Operating Systems, Backup Technologies
- Team leader experience
Salary: £40,000 - 45,000 per annum
