I am recruiting for an experienced Service Desk Manager for an initial 6 month contract in West Yorkshire.
You will play a key role in a long-term plan to improve IT Service in-line with IT Service Management best practice and professional standards (ITIL).
They are looking for an ITIL Practitioner accredited Service Desk professional who has been responsible for implementing ITIL standards into a company.
You will be responsible for;
- Managing the IT Service Desk team
- Developing and Implementing ITIL standards and procedures
- Ownership of Service Desk tools and Knowledge Base
- Incident, Major Incident and Problem Management
- Service Improvement
- Reporting on Service Performance to Head of Information Services
