My City of London based Fintech client are seeking a Senior Service Designer on an urgent 4 month contract.
This is a role for Service Design champion, and advocate of user centred design practice and design thinking. A skilled and talented designer with proven experience from projects they've run.
Applicants will have experience in designing services, meaning they've spent time crafting and understanding what it takes to deliver a new or improved service.
A 'Senior Service Designer', someone with experience delivering innovative end-to-end service solutions. Comfortable dealing with senior stakeholders, able to communicate their process and methodology clearly and without jargon. The candidate must be confident to propose solutions and work within business and tech constraints as required, while pushing, promoting and challenging for the best possible outcomes.
Able to gather, understand and evaluate data. Be customer focused and design for customer centric satisfaction to deliver exception client experiences. Someone who is able to practical and challenging, creative and flexible.
