We are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to join and established Software Company which provides their clients valuable market insight which gives a clients the edge when it comes to deciding what projects to focus on allowing maximum return on investment


  • Prior experience selling software
  • Proven success generating revenue through building, maintaining, and growing client partnerships
  • Demonstrated achievements against measurable goals and objectives
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills along with presentation skills
  • Ability to work with all levels of individuals
  • Strong project approach
  • Lead a team of around Business Development Reps to develop and qualify lead opportunities, resulting in high quality lead generation and conversion
  • Assist in identifying lead sources, constructing prospect lists, shadowing and scoring calls, working through prospect objections and performing other activities that will grow new business pipeline
  • Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and productivity


  • 5+ years' experience selling enterprise solutions into a variety of sectors
  • Experience a business development environment
  • Experience selling at a leading technology company and a track record of exceeding quota targets.
  • Track record of developing and mentoring Sales Development Representatives
  • Experience using and implementing a sales methodology
  • Experience with sales force automation and related technologies
  • Ability to motivate group as well as work with different personalities
  • Entrepreneurial drive with a desire to learn and continuously improve
