My client who is a big player in the global utility sector is looking for a SAP expert with focus on HR IT systems.

SAP/SAP HCM/Success Factors/HR IT/Customizing & Programming Experience in SAP HCM

Opportunity:

You will be the go to person in regard to UK HR IT Systems, including SuccessFactors. The role will see you providing support on local issues, but also spotting and identifying system improvements, process improvements and working in conjunction with the UK HR Systems users to deliver a fit for purpose system that grows with the company expansion.

We are looking for:

  • The HR IT UK Expert and Coordinator is responsible all HR IT UK topics with focus on local topics, local and global UK related project topics and contact for service provider for global support topics
  • Main contact for SAP HCM AMS provider and HR Business on HR IT UK topics
  • Project responsibility and ownership for HR IT UK topics
  • Align closely with global HR IT architect/s on regular basis and ensure efficient use of HR IT technical modules/program for UK
  • Consult business on value adding ongoing and potential improvements
  • Operational Contact for Business for HR IT topics incl. close alignment with HR Admins and HR Leadership team in UK
  • Check and translate HR IT UK requirements between business and provider, where required
  • Ownership for HR IT UK interfaces and dependencies to other modules
  • Testing and quality assurance of HR IT UK topics, specifically for local topics and the interaction within the SuccessFactors/Cloud and SAP HCM landscape

Successful candidate will have:

  • Substantial and strong experience in HR IT with know how of the respective HR IT systems such as SAP HCM and SuccessFactors
  • Good knowledge of HR processes and topics related to UK
  • Good customizing and programming experience in SAP HCM with focus on understanding and implementing business requirements
  • Experience in managing and consulting in local and global HR projects
  • Demonstrates high professional standards and is a team player
  • High level of customer focus to support our vision of client satisfaction
  • Flexibility and patience in working in a dynamic/challenging environment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
