Programme Manager (Financial/Banking) - Essex - £65,000 - £80,000 + benefits

One of Talent Internationals clients are an industry leader looking to bring on board a skilled programme manager to assist them with a IT outsourcing project on a fix term 12-month contract

This exciting opportunity will see you responsible for developing and delivering the project plan to successfully implement a new outsourced ITO/BPO solution. You will work closely with the 3rd party provider and offices within the UK and Europe to ensure this is delivered effectively and efficiently.

Some of your duties will include; refining internal plans with outsource provider timings, validation of plans, management of project plans ensuring all are kept up to date, management of change requests and management of budgets.

Travel across Europe is expected as and when required

To be considered for this role you will need to have the following skills and experience

Prince 2 Qualification

Waterfall/Agile methodologies

Strong co-ordination and management of project governance

Strong financial or retail banking experience

It would be desirable for the successful candidate to have a second language, ideally German. Also familiar or exposure to MaRisk/BAIT

Flexible working is an option

Must have experience of being responsible for multiple workstreams

Proven track record of working on large complex projects

Delivered outsourced projects in financial services
