Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365 - Technical Administrator- London
I'm currently working with a large global company, who are seeking a Dynamics CRM Technical Administrator to work on a complex transformation project implementing Dynamics 365 across the business globally.
The Dynamics Technical administrator will work with a close-knit team and providing support for users globally, as well providing CRM advice across the business and liaising with the onsite consultancy.
- Experience with Dynamics CRM 2015/ 2016 / 365
- Ability to engage and influence stakeholders across the organisation
- End to end project lifecycle experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Key Responsibilities of the Role:
- Provide support services to internal CRM users
- Perform in-depth analysis of report issues
- Stakeholder Management and Engagement
- Resolve issues with suppliers and members of the business community
- Create and edit CRM forms and Workflows
