My Kent based global Software business are currently hiring for an accomplished IT Service Desk Manager on a permanent full-time basis.
You will be responsible for technical support staff members, including team leaders and technical analysts.
It is imperative that you have dealt with high volumes of calls and users as a part of your previous roles.
Reporting to Head of Operations.
Scope of role:
- Responsible for leading and growing the UK support team
- Managing high volume service desk +800 calls per day
- Manage and strategise the technical support activities of the team
- Improve service function
- Plan and implement effective support process to improve efficiency
- Build a culture of continuous improvement via adequate KPI's
Salary: up to £70,000 + benefits
