We are looking for an Internal Account Manager to join our payments team. We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic account manager who is keen on learning and keen to progress with a rapidly expanding software company.
You will become the 'go-to' person for all account activity and offer excellent support to colleagues and to clients alike.
This role is ideal for someone who very organized and prides themselves on outstanding customer service.
- Operating as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to account administration and new client on-boarding
- To support to the Senior Account Manager
- Overseeing customer account management
- Liaising with other departments to resolve account queries
- Ensure timely escalation of account issues to the appropriate people
- Be responsible for the ordering of details from the mobile networks
- Completing new service forms and documents
- Assist in building strong, trusted client relationships
Experience, Qualifications and Technical Knowledge
- Background in account management preferably in a technology or payments environment
- Comfortable working in a technical environment
- Interest in and/or experience of product development
- Strong attention to detail
- Problem solving ability
- Positive, 'can do' attitude
- Team player - collaborative
- Presents a level of maturity
- Proactive not reactive
