Desktop Support Analyst - Salesforce, Microsoft, Desktop, 2nd line Support, Windows 10
One of Talent's leading clients is urgently looking for a Desktop Support Analyst (Salesforce, Microsoft, Desktop, 2nd line Support, Tablets, Windows 10) for an immediate start on a 4-month contract.
Candidates will have the following skills and experience:
- Proven experience in a 2nd line desktop support role
- Proven experience in Microsoft environments including experience with Windows 10
- Proven experience of Active Directory
- A strong working knowledge of Infrastructure and Networks
- Proven experience supporting tablets - IoS, Android etc.
- A good knowledge of Salesforce
- A good knowledge of other technologies including VMWare, Firewalls, Telephony and Back-up
- Excellent communication skills
