Opportunity:

You will play a key role in developing the value of the Clients retail customer base, developing programmes which developing their loyalty across the retail offering, as well as developing promotions and activity which drive them to the Clients online channels. You will work proactively with clubs and regions to understand how local and national communications most effectively work together to drive most value to the organisation

Where does your role fit in?

* Develop and delivery of loyalty programmes to the Clients retail customers base which drive increased loyalty and value.
* Management of the clients new member programme - most effectively establishing loyalty and identifying what type of customer they are.
* Working with the Campaign and Events/Promotions Managers to ensure national activity is promoted effectively to customers through direct channels.
* Working with Clubs and Regions to ensure that local messaging is also delivered alongside national messages and using customer responses to tailor future messages to them.

* Use reporting and analysis to optimise messaging, creative and promotions as well as developing new initiatives.
* Management and reporting on campaign budgets including voucher costs
* Using knowledge of product mix and value to organization to define personalised promotions.
* Supporting test and learn initiatives.

Purpose of the Role:

* You have significant experience of integrated marketing ideally with Loyalty/CRM as a major element of that.
* You've had experience contributing to the creation of new revenue streams or simply identified new revenue opportunities
* You pay close attention to detail and you appreciate of the need to demonstrate robust modelling of potential new opportunities
* You have strong communication skills which allow you to work closely with multiple functions
* You have a strong customer focused background a
* You have great knowledge of retail and the ways in which customer behaviours vary across channels.
* Knowledge of the leisure or betting & gaming industry would be advantageous
* You have experience of using marketing automation tools (ideally Optimove or similar systems) to deliver your campaigns.

Experience required:

* You have strong organisational skills and experience of multitasking
* You have great project management skills
* You're great at working efficiently with others
* You adapt well to change and you're flexible in your approach to work
* Your analytical mind means you pay close attention to detail and solve problems quickly
* You plan your strategies and daily tasks methodologically
* You have strong organisational skills and you're great at multitasking
* You're a whiz at working with data and numbers
