Talent International have partnered up with an exciting and rapidly expanding e-commerce retailer based in the West Midlands, who require experienced and driven CRM Manager for an established ecommerce business in central Birmingham.

As the CRM manager you will play an imperative role in the digital team, you will be tasked with planning and implementing a CRM strategy for a Vigorously growing user base, you'll be responsible for email communications and other CRM touch-points such as on-site personalisation and push messaging

Responsibilities will include

  • Liaising with data scientists to document, evaluate and pull data from our data warehouse,
  • Designing workflows for users we wish to target,
  • Overseeing the building of emails and landing pages,
  • Deploying new user journeys and measuring the effectiveness of your work
  • You'll also be pulling together the collective knowledge and personnel of Marketing who will be able to help you implement best practice and utilise all internal knowledge about our customers and the wider marketplace.


The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and background:

  • Complete understanding of CRM and lifecycle marketing
  • The ability to demonstrate previous experience of lifecycle marketing strategies: acquisition, lead capture, nurture, convert, maximising ROI
  • Creative thinker in terms of how to implement CRM strategies into a website environment and the user's existing behaviour
  • Keen eye for UX/UI changes that will help users complete actions more easily
  • Understands the necessity for user profiling and segmentation
  • Be inquisitive as to why users perform the actions they do and be relentless in your investigation of what delights/annoys customers.
  • Knowledge of HubSpot or similar integrated CRM platform that incorporates email, website, personalisation, messaging
  • Good all round knowledge of digital marketing and how PPC, SEO, Email, Social all contribute to customer acquisition.
  • Ideally have used Google Analytics, customer feedback platforms and tracking software.
