We are currently seeking a Business Development Manager to work with our Head of Field Marketing and Sales team in the EMEA region. You should be a driven, high energy individual who can identify, create and qualify sales opportunities through a mix of outbound, strategic and targeted account prospecting.

This is and established an international company with over 300 clients within the financial and insurance

You'll be working with a leading Cloud solution ranked as a leader by Gartner magic Quadrant

The software focus around its ability to streamline and help clients simplify their processes and operate more efficiently when it comes to customer communication

You will also be responsible for maintaining all our leads in our CRM to ensure data quality and compliance. You will be working very closely with marketing and sales to make sure you maximise all campaigns that are launched


  • You have previously worked as a Business Development Representative, Telesales Executive or similar role
  • You have a proven track record of achieving qualified meeting targets based on sales accepting your meetings
  • You have excellent tele-prospecting and qualifications and can build long term relationships with prospects
  • You have extensive experience in outbound sales lead development targeting IT/CIOs
  • You are a black belt with Salesforce and know about CRM technology
  • You know how to use online database tools (e.g., OneSource, and LinkedIn Navigator)
  • You have a hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calling)
  • This role sits within the marketing department reporting to the Head of Demand Generation for EMEA and ANZ and works very closely with the sales team
  • You love events and good at hunting for the next meeting
