Business Analyst - CRM to help shape the global CRM solution for an international charitable organisation.

Reporting into the Technical Project Manager and working alongside the Salesforce Technical Designer, the CRM Business Analyst is responsible for documenting, agreeing and prioritising the CRM requirements from the business Users and ensuring that they are accurately and completely delivered in the final delivered solution.

Duration
6 months initial freelance contract, it does fall within scope of IR35

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain relationships in order to be the link between business stakeholders and the CRM technical team
  • Facilitate workshops and continuous evaluation with business stakeholders in developing functional requirements
  • Produce communication and presentation material to effectively playback requirements
  • Liaising with BC IT staff to develop the technical and non-functional requirements
  • Identify requirements that are in line with the company's vision and mission
  • Produce, prioritise and organise business requirements documents
  • Conduct interviews, surveys and administer questionnaires to stakeholders where required
  • Data Analysis
  • Analyse business roles and responsibilities
  • Conducting feasibility studies
  • Aiding the stakeholder in identification and production of statistical reports
  • Define and develop concepts in collaboration with users
  • Collaborate with solution experts to deliver software that is business oriented
  • Assess and validate solution
  • Create scripts and Assistance with User Acceptance Testing
  • Assist in setting up and running user training sessions

Required Experience

  • Should have worked as an intermediate or senior BA capacity within CRM domain
  • Knowledge - Good working and background knowledge in most area of business analysis
  • Able to take full responsibility for own work
  • Scope of Work - Copes with complex situations through analysis and planning, may achieve great results on small, less complex efforts without supervision
  • Context - Sees overall picture and how individual actions fit within it. Confidence in using own experience and intuition.
  • Experience in solution assessment and validation
  • Working at an international level is desirable
  • Experience in Knowledge Management methods and Change Management is desirable

Required Skills

  • Stakeholder analysis and management. Confident with working at a senior level
  • Strong ability to perceive, document and communicate business processes
  • Good facilitation, communication and negotiation skills
  • Post-solution business requirements elicitation, analysis and communication (post solution) from the ground up
  • Awareness but not reliance on BA software
