Hunter Charles are recruiting for a well regarded Microsoft Gold Partner for the position of 1st Line Support Analyst to join their expanding team.
- Provide prompt and professional 1st Line Support to the Customers base according to SLA and Support Contracts
- To log incident calls using the Top Desk support desk system
- Ensure all support calls are effectively managed with minimum disruption to the client
- Support issues are responded to and resolved to plan and/or within agreed timescales.
- Provide regular feedback to customers regarding the progress of support call status
- Review, react and resolve to issues reported via real time monitoring alerts
- Minimum of one years ERP Experience
- Must have a logical mind set and the ability to trouble shoot complex issues
- Microsoft AX Finance, Manufacturing or Retail knowledge would be an advantage
- Technical knowledge including SQL Server, Performance investigation, SSRS reports
